Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 states in the U.S, we do ship internationally as well.
Do you buy from people? How would I go about it?
If you would like to sell your pair for instant cash please forward all requests to cameron@launchpadnc.com. After authorization you may send the item with a slip of payment with name, email, the best phone number to reach you and your preferred method of payment.
Do you accept trades or size swaps?
We do accept size swaps and trades but all requests must be directed to support@launchpadnc.com. If approved you may post items to given address. Any posts received without any prior written communication will be returned to sender immediately.
If an item says “worn” is it the same as in the picture?
The picture on the website for worn items are not of the actual shoe, but a stock image, taken here at Launch Pad of a dead stock pair. Worn items are priced according to their condition. If you would like to request pictures of the actual worn pair for sale, you may send a request to support@launchpadnc.com. Include the name, size, and price of the item.
When will you get more of an item that is sold out?
Restocks of styles and/or sizes depends on the availability within our network of sellers. We cannot predict when a shoe will be back in inventory or available in a specific size. We try our best to restock anything that becomes out of stock as quickly as possible.
Why was my order canceled?
There are several reasons for an order being canceled. We will contact you if your order cannot be fulfilled and provide you with an explanation. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are prepared for shipping within one (1) business day after you place it. When it has been boxed, and a label has been created for your tracking, you will receive an email confirmation with that information. Domestic U.S. Customers typically receive their purchases within 2-5 business days. International customers usually receive their purchases within 10-12 business days.
Am I able to request a certain product if it is not in stock?
Absolutely, to request a product to be sourced please email cameron@launchpad.com with the product wanted in the subject line followed by "SOURCE". Or message us on our Tidio customer support live chat.
